Are there any side effects?

The beauty of LLLT treatments and wellwrap are that there’s no side effects or any issues with over-dosage, the body simply stops absorbing the light energy when it reaches capacity and hence it’s all-natural light therapy that not only provides pain relief but treats the area for natural healing.

Repeat the treatment for 2 – 5 days, until your body adjusts to the treatment and then proceed with the treatment as indicated in the user manual.

Wellwrap can be used by anyone who suffers from knee pain.  However, you should not use WELLWRAP if you are:

Some patients tell that they feel heat even if they are treated with high power Laser emission. Is Laser Therapy based on thermal effects?

The primary mechanism of laser therapy is photo biomodulation. Thermal effects are one component of high power laser therapy; however, the stimulation of cells and tissue repair is based on scientific research that has demonstrated positive physiological effects of infrared wavelengths on cellular organelles and electron chain molecules.

I already have ultrasound and electric muscle stimulation machines, why should I get Wellwrap?

Wellwrap delivers physiological benefits that no other modality can deliver. By stimulating adenosine
triphosphate (ATP) production and enhancing cell membrane permeability (along with other effects) Wellwrap therapy helps your patient’s injuries heal, rather than just masking the pain. Wellwrap therapy is not a thermal treatment; it is bio-stimulatory from photochemical reactions in cellular tissue. As such, Wellwrap can be used safely over metal implants and for patients with circulation and neuropathy problems.
